Deymed TruScan EEG*

Research EEG System

The TruScan Research EEG system is built for demanding research applications, featuring high sampling rates within a portable, easy-to-use device. These applications include:

  • TMS-EEG, where TruScan offers the possibility to study early brain responses after TMS (from 2ms onwards) due to its high sampling rate of 6kHz

  • tES-EEG, which can be achieved as a result of this system's wide input range, preventing saturation

  • NIRS-EEG, allowing the relationship between electrophysiological and haemodynamic responses to be studied

TruScan can stream data in real time via UDP for Brain Computer Interface (BCI) applications in addition to receiving triggers from external devices, which enables investigation of how externally triggered post-synaptic events evolve over time. The acquisition user interface is intuitive to use in a dashboard format and the review software allows easy but powerful analysis as well as export to a variety of common formats.

Direct integration with the DuoMAG TMS range allowing users to control their TMS parameters and automatically trigger stimuli from within the EEG acquisition software. These parameters include stimulator intensity, total number of pulses, repetition rate (both fixed and random) and stimulator recharge delay.
